hii, my name is hana (as you might’ve guessed from the name :D)

i’m 17 years old, and i created bloom with hana for young women who are struggling, because i know how overwhelming and lonely it can feel.
when i had just turned 16, doctors found a dermoid cyst on my ovaries. i didn’t even know what that meant, i just remember seeing my mom’s face — i had never seen her like that before. we went from doctor to doctor, and some said it might be endometriosis, but no one was completely sure.
i knew something was wrong with my body, i was constantly tired, and my skin started breaking out and scarring.
their solution was either birth control or surgery. that’s when i realized there had to be another way.
so i started researching, reading, learning everything i could. two months later, after hours of late-night google searches and quiet hope, i went back for a checkup. and somehow… nothing. i was perfectly healthy. till this day, nobody really knows how. it was like a miracle.
bloom with hana is something i wish i had back then, a space that tells you you’re still valuable, no matter what, and that your body isn’t your enemy.
here, i’ll share what i’ve learned, not as an expert, but as someone still growing. it’s about the small things that make us feel safe: the food we eat, the people we surround ourselves with, the calm routines, and the reminder that healing isn’t linear.
i hope you find warmth and comfort here.
i hope you feel seen.
and most of all, i hope you remember that blooming takes time (think of your favorite flower 🌸)
love,
hana
